I sadly work with people who have very thick wool pulled over their eyes. I am asking my pedes for help in an argument I am currently having with them, I shared GEOTUS tweet of NYT proof of the data dump giving Biden 143,379 votes at 3am. They are claiming it is a WI law to report all absentee ballots at once. What should my response be to this? Thanks in advance fellow pedes.

By law, Wisconsin was not supposed to count any ballots that arrived after the polls closed on election day. So the ballots that were dumped should NEVER have been counted in the first place.
In fact, the U.S. Supreme Court's 10/26/2020 ruling emphasizes that elections must have deadlines and that election rules cannot be changed so close to election day.

I wonder how SCOTUS will view Michigan's attempt to change the rules AFTER the elections.
