It appears that consolidation of claims is currently being made and that the major and specific claim that will work its way to SCOTUS is equal protection under the 14th amendment.
There are a multitude of criminal and civil claims that will have to make its way through the legal system, but that will have to wait until after POTUS is sworn in for his second term.
POTUS has reestablished his control over the military and removed spec ops from the control of any three letter agency by elevating it to the level of a distinct military branch.
I've seen two sources confirm we indeed have taken smartmatic servers in Germany. My take is this will be used to leverage the deep state to back off.
If you believe ex-CIA agent Robert Steel, there is a mutual destruction plan in effect if they don't back off. Look to Will Binney to take over NSA. If that happens, full declass goes into effect shortly afterwards.
Currently, the emphasis is that POTUS must either turn over the results or lock up through no-certification of enough electoral votes to deny Biden the necessary 270 EC votes as the 14th amendment case goes to SCOTUS. Otherwise legal remedy is vastly more difficult.
From there, either SCOTUS disallows the fraudulent votes, which would give them to President Trump, or they void those elections and throw the situation back to the state legislatures. We could then see either instructed electors or a 12th amendment election.
In the meantime, libs will REEE, media will lie, and pantifa/BLM will riot. Blue cities and surroundings will not be safe. Executive directive 51 or insurrection act will then necessarily be placed into effect. It will not be pretty. POTUS may have to take MSM offline through EAS.
