The Georgia SOS has stated that 24,000 Republicans who voted by mail in the Primary did not vote in the General Election. That seems extremely unlikely. I'm not sure how to get the data to find out who those people are, but I think it would be important to contact them to find out if in fact they did not vote. These could be people whose ballots were discarded wholesale once counters looked at them as we have seen occurring on camera.

Perhaps, but he's also not really in a position to come and say, yeah I think the election was bullshit. You saw how people acted when they thought the Wayne county officials were being "racist" well all the sketchy stuff happened in extremely black areas of Georgia, so the cries of racism will NEVER die down if they even start to make an accusation. These are also areas with massive crime and massive organized crime at high levels of government. Not too long ago the Sheriff of Dekalb county was using his deputies to pretty much run a hit squad and working with biker gangs and the cartel. He legit had the opposing sheriff murdered when he lost an election. The mayor of Atlanta is extremely corrupt and the previous administration has had people go down for crimes like funneling fully automatic weapons through the police department.

I think him dropping the 25k voters thing could be a tip off without him having to take the risk of making dangerous accusation.

That is EXACTLY what I was thinking. Someone released all the Georgia Absentee ballots but the link from the GA website didn't work so they provided mirrored link. So I don't know where to get that data or the primary data. The SOS is a POS.

So, does the data show the last election the people voted in? If it's the primary then it means they didn't vote in the general. Do you have a link to the data?
