The excuse Dominion gave is in case they sold it to an HOA or land owners they could weight votes based on how much each owned.
But when asked how many of those customers they had they clammed up.
In reality the feature is there for banana republics so that those in power remain in power.
Tear them all down Mr President. Every last cheating one of them.
I think that feature is called the Sadaam Hussein option and its costs bit extra.
