Because the Latino community that came here legally make the BEST ones. There's a local Cali family that immigrated legally and opened a restaurant.. they have a bigger Trump 2020 flag than I do hanging. The burritos they make take both hands to eat and can be considered lunch/dinner.. just don't ask for their hottest sauce unless you're ready for a punch.
