States are not certifying their votes, even MI which apparently said it is... and then reversed to not certify last night

All this guy did was read the fucking user manual and saw where it said, "if the machine detects a defect in a ballot, the machine will automatically put that ballot into a separate file.".... Which is completely normal. The machine separates all the ballots with defects and puts them into a separate file together to not be counted or for people to manually go through to see which ones can still be counted and which ones can't. He was saying that people could reject ballots on purpose and put them in this separate file. That's literally all he found out and he went crazy thinking he hit the motherload.

Really? When 8Ch was attacked/taken down, Watkins spun up 8Kun... the very first order of business was to re-establish the Q comms/Patriot Research boards... they even allowed Q to post drops before anyone else could to reconfigure the Q team's tripcode.
It was actually all quite blatant in terms of how important it was for them to structure the sections of 8Kun to allow Q's comms to continue unimpeded.
