What are those flashes at about the -10:32 mark, when it appears to be over the border between China and India? (www.youtube.com)

To find the right timestamp, given the video is always live and the 10:32 mentioned becomes stale... take 10:32 and add the number of minutes since the OP posted. ex: 10:32 + 46 minutes = -11:18 on the stream.

The flashes are large blue flashes; can't miss them.
