You might be underestimating Oregonians.

Well, the upside is that all the drug addicts will want to go there and live.
I would bet a lot of money that it was rigged.
The Portland/Eugene/Salem etc. Crowd easily voted for this. State has a bunch of nut jobs in it.
A) We Decriminalized possession of small amounts of certain common hard drugs
B) Oregon is on the bleeding edge of such things while California just adopts the habit.
That's OK ... It will keep the crazy lib's pacified during President Trumps next 2 or 3 terms...
