But at the end of the article it is says that what happened on Tuesday is a "done deal"!!!!! So what is the good news, it looks like they rescinded a day late and a dollar short.

Their signed affidavits say they formally rescind.

I know they rescinded but they are saying it is too late to rescind.

They can say that but their affidavits explain why they rescind the certification, because the agreement in which they agreed to were abandoned and they would have never certified without the audit.

So these affidavits show to courts that they were lied to, misled as to what they were agreeing to. Courts can't ignore that.

Not to mention if the agreement was made under duress, and it clearly was, its on film.

Same with a prenup, signed under mental duress it becomes invalid. Stephen Jackson telling his story.

Okay, so courts can't deny it. Good to know. Because the democrats will.

Yes, it was under duress, it's just that they will pretend it wasn't and proceed.

Did you learn nothing? Do you trust dailymail or primary sources?

No, I am just saying that they said it was too late. I agree it was under duress.
