I mean.... after this election, can you blame them?

13
fasterth 13 points ago +13 / -0

Funny, Russia is our only real friend, except they aren't because the deep state is scared shitless that Trump will ever have any real relationships with them.

Destineed369 9 points ago +9 / -0

Imagine how amazing The world could be if the two most powerful nations on earth could Be friends. And then we both fuck chyna.

67
now_look_here 67 points ago +67 / -0

Will happen in US too. It is right there in Trump's EO.

Without social media, Trump would not have been elected in 2016. Careful what you wish for. With no social media, that means the main stream media dictates all your info for you....

i disagree about Putin. He has saved Russia's church and Russia's soul. He has opened the economy and the standard of living is multiples better than communist Russia.

He may not be our friend, but he is not our enemy eithet

13
AZTrumpette1776 13 points ago +13 / -0

He is Russia first, I am perfectly ok with that.

I personally prefer God first, Country second, family third.

16
50red 16 points ago +16 / -0

Putin is Putin-first, not Russia-first.

He controls the media over there the same way the media is controlled by the left in the US.

The left and Putin actually share a lot of the tactics.

Source: born in the USSR.

11
Megadeth 11 points ago +11 / -0

You are 100% correct.

People that support Putin here should only be "supporting" him when triggering liberals. Putin is KGB. I don't think many people in the States would want a former top CIA person as President again. We already had one (GHW Bush) ... Look at the 30 years after his Presidency ... Not all that much fun at all! These intelligence people are duplicitous by nature. They seem to have their own vision of the world in mind and will do anything to see it implemented.

That being said, I don't think Putin is out to destroy the USA or trying to make it into a satellite state of Russia the same way the Communists of the USSR were trying to subjugate us. I don't think working with him is out of the question since he is looking out for Russia only while we are only concerned about America ... Neither of us want to dick around playing games with other countries to screw each other over anymore. It is an obsolete tactic that only leads to problems.

Putin is importing a lot of central Asian Muslims to russia.

2
ModernKnight 2 points ago +2 / -0

I have not heard about him saving Russia's Church, I had thought that was because of the massive numbers of young people flocking to the Church in Russia. What has he done for the Russian Church?

4
Caferrell3 4 points ago +4 / -0

He has financed the construction of hundreds of churches and a number of Cathedrals. He has put Christian education into school curriculums

3
ModernKnight 3 points ago +3 / -0

That is excellent to hear.

We should follow their lead for once.

12
DefaultFreedom 12 points ago +12 / -0

It's a double edged sword though. Trump has been able to use it very effectively, despite the censorship.

37
WishdoctorsSong 37 points ago +37 / -0

Honestly the more I see social media, the more I think this isn't just a good move in retribution for their election interference, it's a good move for the health of the nation. Social media is the most destructive force to hit a civilization since the Romans started using lead pipes. I'm not a fan of regulating them out of business on general principle, but something needs to give.

5
deadBeefCafe2014 5 points ago +5 / -0

It was fun at first, but it collapsed in itself.

3
lifeisahologram 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yeah social media is a destructive force on society, even before we get into the behavioral control they try to exert.

But if it’s going to exist, we must not continue to give them any protections. We don’t even need to regulate social media. Just don’t give them anything. They can either allow everything, and if anyone violates the law in their site it’s that individual who is responsible, or they can censor/edit whatever they want, but are fully open to any lawsuit.

Big Tech: RUSSIA IS INTERFERING WITH OUR ELECTION MEDDLING

12
Choppermagic 12 points ago +12 / -0

Russia is way ahead of the curve. If Big Tech wants China money so bad, they should be kicked out of the West and move to China and enjoy communist overlords.

Putin's recent constitutional changes and laws have a lot of things in them that should provide a model for others protecting their freedoms (like making treaties subordinate to national laws). It's the eternal shame of every so-called democracy that this should be so.

5
FL2PC72LE 5 points ago +5 / -0

No wonder Dems hate Russia. They're too "nationalist" for the New World Order.

6
salvecitizen 6 points ago +6 / -0

Lol even the babushkas know how to VPN there.

5
BlackJack1776 5 points ago +5 / -0

I don't blame them. Protect yourself guys!

3
DonaldIsHuge1 3 points ago +3 / -0

Good. Putin is former KGB do you know he’s got a lot of skeletons, but he also sees what POTUS is going through.

3
Whitemarlin 3 points ago +3 / -0

Listen to Yuri Benovic talk about subversion. China and Russia do things like that to avoid subversion

3
redinmn 3 points ago +3 / -0

When Russia can see just how criminal Facebook/Twitter and the rest are, wow.

2
tholins 2 points ago +2 / -0

Good.

Can we do the same?

The really dangerous thing about Big Tech is that whole it’s goals currently align with the far left, it is not actually on a left/right political orientation. It’s ideas are outside of that, and most people don’t seem to understand where that goes.

2
T471 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why can't U.S. do this? Break them up. Anti-trust. Having multiple 'Federated' systems that can interconnect is the way to go (i.e. Mastodon )

1

Russia mainly use yandex so won't effect the majority of the population sort of like when USA threaten to ban TicTok most people don't use that platform.

1
Barracuda 1 point ago +1 / -0

That and mail.ru and vk.com which is basically Russian gmail and facebook. Not sure if they have a twitter equivalent.

1

Damnit. Now Russia is colluding with Russia.

1
GodzillaV 1 point ago +1 / -0

They should do the same at home.

1
ClearAndPresent 1 point ago +1 / -0

I have Russian students. They obviously wish they had fair elections and they respect us for fighting for it.

But, they also tell me how grateful they are that Putin would never allow the Leftist nonsense that occurs in our country like the trans movement and critical race theory.

1
Anonyman 1 point ago +1 / -0

Russia has vk.com but it isn't only Russians who use it.

Can't say I blame them. If they meddle in the elections like they did here what are you going to have left another communist country. Remember communism fell in Russia they are no longer communist. You can damn well bet they don't want to go back.

1
DisjointedHunstville 1 point ago +1 / -0

While CFIUS is debating banning TikTok out of fear that a foreign power owning a popular social network would be a national security threat. . . Our domestic traitor firms decide they can do that without foreign ownership.

1
EvanOnTheFly 1 point ago +1 / -0

Good. Maybe the slavs will save themselves. Pray they can get rid of Putin.

Am I the only one who sees Russia as our potentially greatest ally against the globalists? The media and govt is always sounding the alarm against them, that can only mean they're afraid of us partnering up imo.

Imagine a world were globalist alliances are broken and a US Russia partnership happens holllly fuck

3
synd1050 3 points ago +3 / -0

it would be great. you have to remember that the globalist Bolsheviks destroyed Russia 1st before focusing on America and western Europe. According to Ernst Zundel,"you will have Weimar conditions in America, and you will also have Weimar solutions".we have the solutions but what are they?
