Everyone is saying that the initial agreement on the conference call was verbal. There is an affidavit posted by the head of the commission where she lays it all out, the verbal agreement was based on the fact that an audit would be triggered if they voted yes. Then they reneged on the audit so she refused to sign, combined with the threatening she received, sounds like she’s like F this we are not giving in now.

In MI the board is saying they can't withdraw their votes. We need some clarification on where this actually stands.
If they were under duress, no proper vote actually took place. There is no vote to withdraw, the original is invalid.
Correct - agreements that are signed under duress are considered void in every legal jurisdiction I can think of (certainly at the federal level).
The Michigan Republicans rescinded their certification, citing threats against their families invalidating their certification. Wisconsin held the line and did not make any changes to their process for disputing the election, allowing Trump's current filing to move forward.

I stayed off TD last night because I couldn't stand the anxiety. I'm so glad to hear the good news this morning.
I've been reading, typing, and taking in videos for two straight weeks now. Yesterday not a lot was happening so I made myself pull away and just popped in and out a few times to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I had to take a breath to save my sanity.
To wake up to this... glorious! I cannot WAIT for the press conference at noon!
You know, I noticed the same thing last Thursday. Not a lot was going on and everyone in here was miserable. When things aren't moving, people get depressed and start talking about the worst happening.
That's exactly what it happening. When there's no movement, we go doomer. It's human nature.
It takes a LOT of work to keep ourselves from falling into that trap. That's why the "HOLD THE LINE!!" posts need to keep coming. We all need reminders to keep ourselves up.

Not concern trolling - I am worried about Michigan. There's a difference between rescinding an agreement to certify, and trying to overturn an already submitted vote by rescinding. Can anyone clarify whether the votes were submitted already? Because if so then this isn't a victory for us so much as a bunch of publicity about how they were pressured into voting and now we have to hope a judge agrees to overturn the vote.
Everyone is saying that the initial agreement on the conference call was verbal. There is an affidavit posted by the head of the commission where she lays it all out, the verbal agreement was based on the fact that an audit would be triggered if they voted yes. Then they reneged on the audit so she refused to sign, combined with the threatening she received, sounds like she’s like F this we are not giving in now.
Well I hope so. The big red flag for me is the affidavit regarding the threats. I know they may do that anyway to document the intimidation, but my worry is that they needed a justification to overturn the certification. Let's hope you are right.

GA is looking pretty good to me. Call me crazy but I think WI seems a bit harder? Like a 140K deficit there no? Only thing that can help us out is finding X amount of ballots forged by the clerks or any extra fraud we discover while being allowed to watch from 6 feet away. (Or am I being dumb?)
WI is only a 20k difference I think. MI is 140k I believe. Michigan is definitely harder but I think it’s big on the refusal to certify Wayne/backtracking the original certify. This is looking promising compared to say a week ago

I think we need to be careful on this news. WI is a small victory, but the MSM is alleging the MI canvassers cannot take back their votes. We need to see how this plays out. The affidavits seem to be a good start.

Generally the poll workers are elderly - the pandemic scared those people away from doing what they loved. Those people that they scared could have been republicans but more-so honest people once the honest people are gone all hell broke loose.
I live on the far south side of Chicago, voted early and was in dismay of who the fuck was working that polling station. It makes me cringe thinking the gremlins working there were in charge of my vote.
I left there with my wife after being harassed in line because they knew who we were more than likely voting for. I was told a Lieutenant would talk to the two ladies harassing us but that never happened. One of the two ladies eventually ended up voting next to me and couldn’t figure out how to insert her card saying it was bRoKe - NO YOURE JUST FUCKING DUMB.
