Yep. Their plan was probably to siphon off "10 for the big guy", expecting a close race that would just barely edge Biden out ahead. However, the Trump numbers were completely insane and even with a siphon, Biden was massively far behind. So they fabricated hundreds of thousands - maybe even millions - of fake votes to push him over and give him the 'barely' edge they wanted.
