They signed off on it. I don't know If they can actually rescinded at this point. It's a contract. Sure they can say that they signed it under duress and it's on video that these people were calling them vile names and singling out which school their children were going to so it seems reasonable to think that a court would see that implicit threat. But it's still a contract and I think what they will do is simply ignore rescission.
