if you are gonna organize do it grassroots in person, know your gun laws so you dont get wacod and vette heavily. keep it legal and low key. firebrands are good for morale but cool heads win wars.
Do not coalesce in public fora, use private means to congregate.
Keep your numbers small. Be very careful who you trust, who you admit, who you plan and coordinate with. Learn to use cutouts, one time code pads, discreet comms.
Practice small unit tactics, simple fire and movement, overwatch, patrol. Learn to maneuver 3-4 person teams in multiples, 3 such teams making a squad, 2 teams supporting the third as it maneuvers.
Practice fire discipline, make every member understand the need for absolute control over their weapon, firing only when a proper target is properly sighted in. Aimed rifle fire being the thing, no accidental discharges or firing at ghosts, no firing when the background is unknown or innocents are present.
Learn to realize when retreating is the better part of valor.
Think about logistics, think about longer range goals and plan your defenses accordingly. If 12 of you storm city hall and kill 5 Enemy and capture 8, what will you do then? Do you have an egress planned, do you have a secondary objective, do you know what you will do with your prisoners? What about your own wounded, be prepared to deal with casualties.
Don't advertise, conduct your planning and ops quietly, only one member, a 'leader' being known to outsiders you trust, for comms purposes. Small cell tactics, you can read up on them on the interwebs.
Our Founding Fathers used their homes and quiet little Inns, meeting in person, using spies and all manner of intrigue to remain hidden - you have to be hidden or near invisible if you think to be effective when needed.
