This country was founded by a majority of white European settlers who created the infrastructure based on white European culture standards. It would stand to reason that white individuals raised in white culture would fare better in a society that was designed by a history of white European culture.
There is no such thing as white privilege. It is simply a system designed by white people to be used by white people. That is all.
