The whole idea of closing at 10 is absolutely absurd. It's something governors put in place purely to say they are doing something. Think these people will stop going to gyms and bars because they don't stay open late? No. It just means they will start showing up earlier, leading to more people in the spot at the same time when supposedly this is being done to slow the spread. We are going to get more cases because of this and they will claim this is why they need to shut it down entirely.
