In the mean time the rank amateurs try their hand at some shit in an attempt to get a promotion in the Commie Club. Sometimes they succeed and their messaging becomes the MO of the Propaganda NPCs but 90% of the time it falls flat or outright exposes them for what they really are.
They are out of gas, Propoganda Central hasn't reached out to them for some time and the NPC's are going rogue and proving amateur at best...
