Biden is at 290 right now. If Trump flips Arizona(11 points) and Wisconsin (10 points) then Biden will be at 269.
Trump will then need to win Georgia (which is not called yet), bumping Trump from:

These are currently the closest states from flipping to Trump. Also remember a differential of 0.5% or less is a forced recount.

Technically if Biden drops to 269, there is no winner in the Electoral College and the sate delegations determine the winner - one vote per state. Trump wins easily in that case, something like 28 states to 23.
Trump doesn't need 270, he just needs to drop Biden below it.
