Technically if Biden drops to 269, there is no winner in the Electoral College and the sate delegations determine the winner - one vote per state. Trump wins easily in that case, something like 28 states to 23.
Trump doesn't need 270, he just needs to drop Biden below it.
It's just a map of states where Trump has already been declared winner plus AZ, GA, and WI which will give him 269 electoral votes and a tie broken by the house delegates of which Republicans have a 4 vote majority
