They also signed an affidavit and there is proof that they were publicly harassed into certifying. I mean they publicly pushed back against certifying too. If they can’t rescind, our legal system is cucked by dems
(Fuck, i just used this as example of 'blatant lie by the media' in trying to convince a person I know who is on the fence - and it turns out that media had it factually correct on the most critical part)
they signed an affidavit saying their only voted yes on condition of than the board would recommend an audit, but the SoC is saying that the recommendation is non-binding.

I’m sure they can rescind, but by the time that happens it may be too late. Also, POTUS told us they didn’t sign. So I’m confused.
what i read was they used their rubber stamp signatures while the republicans were away. so they voted but didn't handsign it
But we were told they didn’t sign anything. That they only verbally said yes but then didnt sign anything.

Yes but they are saying now that they only did it because they were harassed. So it'll go to the courts for them to decide.
By the time that gets settled, it’ll prob be too late.
Yeah I'm afraid of that. The state could decide not to certify either because of this but I'm not hopeful for that either.
Maybe it’s just propaganda..the media will literally say anything
This is yesterday’s news, they reclined their votes last night.

I am trying to find copy of that affidavit but no luck so far.
If they signed the certification, afaik they don't have legal ability to rescind votes
No it’s last night
