Back in the 1980s there was a TV ad for international conglomerate Beatrice. It showed off a wide variety of brands controlled by Beatrice and was meant to burnish their image and make them a familiar household name. It was an epic fail. Because it made it appear as if Beatrice made and controlled everything everyone used every day. It creeped people out, bigly. It made Beatrice look scary and inescapable. The end result was the company changing its name and hoping people would forget. The reactions to Great Reset reminds me of the Beatrice debacle. Bragging to people that you can, do, and will control every aspect of their existence is not a winning strategy.
