We'd have to be mobile. They're density alone is a bottleneck. The best option is to starve them out. Their infrastructure and lifestyle relies on delivery, opulence and affluence with little to no survival skills. Take out the back road connections first to bottleneck the highways as the only way in and only way out and seize their resources as they comes in.
