np, believe me if this was in video form, i would give anything for the rights just for that one scene, the things you could do with it would be pretty nuts.
I think we need a good, serious attempt at Lovecraftian stories. Cthulhu is such an interesting baddie. I have seen many of the movie attempts at capturing H.P. Lovecraft stories, but they are all so schlocky. I once saw something on HBO or Showtime, back in the nineties that was Lovecraftian, set in the 1940's, and had a noir feel to it. I seem to remember a private investigator being wrapped up in something Lovecraftian, but I may have smoked those brain cells away. That was probably the best one I have seen. Best production values and played very straight. I want to see more like that.
