I'm just throwing this out there in response to your question. You have to remember that they are all part of his campaign team. They are not the government... In other words, the government doesn't have to and probably shouldn't communicate directly with Trump's lawyers.
makes sense. thanks, i wasn't thinking about the division there between government and his campaign lawyers. i guess i was assuming the military was the good guys automatically which i def shouldn't and that the "bad guys" were some other entity seizing it to protect deep state/biden
