Let me start this out by telling you guys not to freak out.

Because of this, it's possible, if not likely, that we have become an even bigger target than we already were. As our userbase grows, our Alexa rank increases, our media attention increases, so do the number and sophistication of our enemies.
But what do we say in the face of danger?

To that regard, we have a few backup domains set up in case they go after .win.
Again, we have no immediate reason to believe these will ever be necessary, but it's more important to have a backup now than it ever has been.

I'm trying to contribute what I can. I have access to those domains from years ago, so I'm just forwarding them here... It's costing me quite a bit to just direct the traffic here, but it's going to be worth it to get those "normies" out there to know there's a place like this.
Normally I would track it better and throw analytics in there with a Google Tag but in this case, I switched them over to run directly through CloudFlare then redirect to here with a little variable at the end. Hopefully the mods can track it on this end.
However, traffic spikes when news happens.. like elections or disasters, etc. and at one point, all this news traffic was getting over 500k unique visitors/month. Things have calmed down in the last few years, but still, they bring some decent US traffic.
