Turns out he was right to be weary. They ended up agreeing on essentially none of the changes. - So THEN, after these two ALPHAS voted down all of their fuck stick changes put together by dumb cunt new grad Meagan, the left tried to change the original motion to REMOVE the requirement of using the manual AT ALL. Like it or not, the current August 2018 version was agreed by a majority of this council at some point and it's still valid and what will be used.
