I watched the whole thing, and I am confused as far as people saying they didn't change the rules. From my understanding the rules were changed slightly.
They spent most of their time deciding on changes for the manual that was part of the order of the recount. Meaning they had to abide by the manual. They didn't change much of the manual. Just 2 things. But after they made those changes, it was voted 6-0 to remove the manual from the order of the recount. Essentially making the manual irrelevant legally. Now they depend on the sanctions for the law.
How does this play out in a recount? Hoping someone knows more than I do here.
Thank you. To me it seemed that if they got all of the additions to the manual the dems most likely would have tried to keep the manual on the order. I mean if the law is sound enough we should be okay with this conclusion.
