The Biden team has the press corps and the DNC legal team handling the cases. There's no way Biden is getting directly involved. Remember the democrats are not stupid they are experts at election law - they war gamed the hell out of this back in July and had developed and fine tuned legal arguments with over 700+ lawyers on staff.
Our republican team sat on their ass and did nothing. Now at the last minute we get Rudy and Sydney - neither with any significant experience in election law. Great patriots but not enough to overcome the overwhelming skill of experienced dem lawyers and corrupt judges.
