Gym owner in NJ sued, he won. PA, MI and WI all had their tyrannical governor's unlawful orders declared void by the courts as a result of lawsuits, probably a few other places I forgot as well. Whitmer in MI told counties and towns to issue the same orders that were struck down by the courts - even though it's obvious and inevitable the courts will strike those down for the exact same reasons.
