what part of the constitution prohibits states from making mask mandates? I believe that any mask mandate is bad and an overstep of the government, I am asking so I can show people in the future.
Yeah, I'd like to know similar. I know why the lockdowns are unconstitutional, but so far it just seems like mask mandates are overstepping of states. I can't point to a constitutional reason why they're wrong though.
