Where were these extra 5 million liberals and DACA supporters calling Trump a racist and Hilter in 2016? I guess they didn't care back then. Yup 5 million extra votes would guarantee a popular election win.
How would you like your hat?? With mustard? Mayo?? A side of fries??ππ
The Dominion machines maybe what pushes President Trump to that 410 number. At this point President Trump in my opinion wins either way..

The site is heavily astroturfed. Iβve notice two things about that subreddit, either the account is extremely active only in r/Politics and similar subs, or it is a very inactive account that just randomly decided to write up some strong opinion on a random article, like the account was hacked, sold, and used to shill.
Plus interaction on that subreddit is super low. I use my troll account sometimes and I rarely get upvotes or downvotes, let alone a response. But when I do get interaction, itβs a LOT of upvotes/downvotes/replies at once, like an algorithm is targeting your post.
And look at how heavily comments are filtered. Top level comments are visible and maybe only one or two appropriate replies. Everything else you have to click to see more, which doesnβt happen in other subreddits unless you go really deep into the chain.

Europeans to this day are eternally assblasted over America's existence.
Good to hear! Not slighting you. Just saying that as a generalization people in big government countries rooting for the big government guy in another country may do so due to being reliant on their government to sustain their way of life.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion of course. What bothers me is that a dozen Facebook ads from Motha Russia was election interference but John Oliver and Trevor Noah who were not citizens at the time were on TV spouting leftist talking points was not interference
It is a fact that they were certified. It is not a fact that it was a valid certification, and they have filed two affidavits in court to dispute this.
No a majority of those 20 to 25 cases were filed before election day. They were thrown out because election day has happen. They are were filed by private citizens and organizations.
Sure - I am happy to explain this to you if you want to understand further.
They are not alleging fraud because in a court of law, you don't need to prove fraud in order to get what they want.
Fraud in layman's terms is slightly different from fraud in legal terms. To prove fraud in legal terms, you need to go through a number of tests which often requires extensive litigation. Happy to explain this further if you want.
All you need to prove to get ballots thrown out or audited is that there was procedural impropriety. If a ballot was counted when the law says it shouldn't have been, you don't need to prove that the counter was dishonest or being fraudulent. All you need to prove is that the counter did not follow the law.
In law, we have a concept of actus reus and mens rea. The first means the act is guilty, or wrong. The second means the "mind is guilty". You need both actus reus and mens rea to prove fraud, meaning you need to prove the accused person's state of mind, which is harder and takes a long time. But to prove procedural impropriety, you simply have to prove actus reus, which means the person did something he shouldn't have done.
There is no reason to allege fraud and waste time in court when the priority now is to challenge the dodgy ballots ASAP. All you need to prove to the judge is procedural impropriety. Criminal investigation for fraud can come after.
Yeah it's unfortunate because this is why the Dirty D's get off so easily - proving intent is a real bitch and there's a thousand people who will take the fall even if they could prove it.
But it's as you put it, you fight what you can to get what you want. Justice will come, but only if this does first.
Seems to me their goal is to show enough impropriety to get an injunction against certification - the case can come much later. If there is no certification of the election by the time the EC meets, then they either don't send electors, or the legislature chooses them (and every legislature in question is GOP-controlled). Simply denying them would be enough to prevent Biden from getting 270, and in that case there is a constitutional remedy very favorable to GEOTUS.
I am an actual lawyer. Cite the case and I will tell you whether (1) he lost, (2) he withdrew because he got what he wanted or (3) filed knowing he would lose because you need to go through the process to get to a higher court.
Here is the timeline of events that seems to have happened.
The Wayne County board met and they didn't certify it in a 2-2 vote. After the intimidation from the public and the misrepresentation that there would be an audit before it is certified, the two Republicans on the board voted to certify. Around this time, the Trump campaign was in court to stop Wayne County from certifying.
Wayne County officials then walked back on their promise of an audit to get the two Republicans to certify. The two Republicans thus went to the Trump campaign and told them that we did not certify the votes. The legal team took their affidavits saying that they certified the votes due to improper pressure, misrepresentation regarding the audit etc and decided that from their interpretation of the law, the Wayne County results have not been properly certified.
So they got ahead of the court by withdrawing saying (as per the first court document) "Well there is no need for the court to stop certification now since the results have not been certified. Here are the affidavits from the two Republican members which prove the certification is invalid. We are withdrawing the case because there was no certification, so no need for the court to step in."
The City of Detroit sees this and essentially says (in the second court document) "you can drop the case but the results were certified and therefore your two affidavits that you filed to prove that the results were not certified should be dropped."
Rudy thinks they have won with the two affidavits invalidating the certification, the City of Detroit doesn't think so. The legal dispute on this point has already begun.
Let me know if this is unclear - happy to explain.
If Rudy doesn't withdraw, then the existence of the case implies the votes must have been certified, and therefore evidence needs to be shown against certification, proving that they were not certified.
If Rudy withdraws, the lack of a case implies the votes haven't been certified, and therefore no evidence has been submitted against certification, and therefore the votes are certified?
I am confused - MSM psyops is reporting that their votes can't be rescinded and the votes were certified. elsewhere, I read that they didn't sign so they didn't actually vote and it now can't be certified. what is actually happening? also, isn't a voluntary dismissal foregoing an appeal to a higher court? please clarify!
What is actually happening is likely a new small legal battle. What the process of "certification" means is likely to come into dispute. People have been throwing the word "certify" around because it sounds official. But what does certification entail? If the SoS if claiming the vote counts are certified, it is perfectly open for a legal challenge that the certification was not valid.
And no, withdrawing the case is not forgoing an appeal to a higher court. Most cases are actually withdrawn by the "victor" because if you know you are going to lose, you will simply comply. Once you have complied, the person suing you no longer needs the judge to force you to do what they asked for. Therefore the "victor" will just withdraw the case.
If it goes to court again, it will be for a different matter entirely (certification was invalid), so they are not forgoing an appeal to a higher court.
We need to read the actual cases carefully in order to draw a conclusion, not just what the MSM says.
I haven't looked into the actual filings but I can tell you what I understand from Rudy's press conference earlier.
Go to the bit where he laughed when he was told exactly what you quoted - that the Secretary of State said that all the counties had certified their elections. I managed to find it - here https://youtu.be/buQCdCSDWQQ?t=8592.
He laughed and said the Secretary of State can say whatever she wants. The reason he's not concerned with what the Secretary of State has said is that he does not believe that the certification is a valid one.
You can challenge the legality or validity of a certification process. Trump's lawyers believe it to be invalid. The Secretary of State believes it to be valid. This can go to court.
The false reality they string together is their single biggest weakness, it makes them blind to what is going on because it is not in the Overton Window of their echo chamber.
Thatβs just it, they wonβt look at the 9 points. They just write it off as right wing wackos, link you to a CNN article βdebunkingβ it, and go about their day.
Exactly this. I sent my 'friend' a link to the press conference. Instead of him watching it, he proceeded to cite some bs news article about it. He is the dumbest smart person I know
Apparently they agreed to certify after agreeing they would audit Wayne county. Officials from the state immediately said they wouldnβt audit as soon as they agreed. They have since rescinded theyβre certification but since they (supposedly) already signed it might open up a whole new lawsuit. Thatβs just what Iβm getting from scrolling the comments take it with a grain pede
It is absolutely ridiculous to me how leftists that studied useless shit like gender studies claim to understand how legal systems work.
They see 'withdraw' and start writing their headlines "TRUMP CAMPAIGN WITHDRAWS ALLEGATIONS OF FRAUD!" No you idiots - the Trump Campaign withdrew because the people they were suing caved and gave them what they want before a judge told them they had to!
Hire someone with a legal background to cover the lawsuits!
This is the problem with the far-left. They think they are "educated" and therefore know better. They don't. Wise men (and women) know that there is always more to learn and are therefore open-minded.
These people simply take what they learn in their far left communist education camps run by university professors that have not worked a real day in their lives so they can tell themselves they are superior to others.
That about sums it up. Every debate I've gotten into with a leftist, they always make sure to make it a point to tell me how much more "educated" they are than me.
In reality, education = political brainwashing by their commie professors/university
Yes! That was my friend when we were having a discussion about politics. She had no curiosity in my point of view. She βgrew up learning politics and watching documentaries about communismβ (Unlike me, who just recently gotten into politics). She supposedly knows the evils of communism, yet Iβm pretty sure she voted for Biden.....
So I don't get what's going on. The certification of Wayne county failed so Trump admin withdrew knowing the next step is flipped/dropped votes? Definitely seems like a bad thing for Trump to the uninitiated.
Trump's campaign wanted to stop Wayne County from certifying because of the fraud / problematic ballots, so they filled a lawsuit to get a judge to tell Wayne County that they must not certify their votes.
The two Wayne Country Republicans did not vote to certify, then were pressured into certifying. After they were pressured into certifying (and lied to regarding an audit), they went to the Trump campaign and made sworn statements (affidavits) saying they only voted to certify because of threats to their family and that they were told that certification will only happen after an audit. Since there is no audit, they do not certify the results.
So in the Trump campaign's eyes, they won because there was no certification. If there is no certification, then there is no need to ask a judge to stop the certification. So the lawsuit becomes pointless and they withdrew it.
So to be perfectly clear, the vote is meaningful only in the sense that they agreed to certify, which they won't do unless or until there's an audit? The certification process itself is more than just the vote?
Would that then mean that they could be forced to certify if a sham audit is conducted before the deadline, or is that rescinded verbal agreement not binding in any way?
Very good question - and the answer is what constitutes a certification process is likely to come under scrutiny in court.
In your post, you pretty much summed up in layman terms what the Trump campaign and the Democrats / County will argue.
The courts will have to weigh up the arguments and decide. But the Trump campaign's view is certainly that the two Republican canvasser votes were not valid votes and therefore there was no certification at the Wayne County level.
If there is a sham audit, they could allege that the audit so such a sham that it does not fall within the definition of an audit. Or they could rely on the duress point (family members were threatened).
I particularly love the βHEβS LOSING ALL HIS COURT CASES!!!β argument. Clearly these people donβt know how the courts work, because lawsuits have to be filed in the district where the alleged wrong occurred - I.e. supermajority Democrat cities, with judges appointed or elected by Democrats, in the pockets of Democrats, and, in some cases, profiting from the same voter fraud that they are being asked to adjudicate on. So, yes, we should expect that the early cases will be losses. As these cases move to the federal level, up through the circuit courts and, for some of them, to the Supreme Court, we will see more victories.
It seems likely that we haven't seen an honest vote in a long time. Maintaining the narrative that the country is split nearly 50/50 props up both establishment parties, so there is no room for change.
Doesn't appear to be, as I doubt Colorado would remain blue while California goes red. Unless verified, don't put stock into things that generate false hope. It could be part of a demoralization campaign.
As far as I understood the votes were decertified and thus they withdraw one lawsuit (they still have a second one). It's over for now and we have a good chance to win the state, but it takes some more time.
The two republicans are still refusing to sign the certification. Their "vote" in the zoom meeting is non-binding, and it was a result of threats against them and their families.
The lawsuit was to say Wayne county canvessers were pressured under false pretense to certify. They withdrew because the individuals recanted their certifications and provided affidavits
What happens when they are all owned by like 5 mega-corporations, all globalist, all with the same agenda to push.... So in other words, Communist.... McCarthy did nothing wrong...
The lawsuit was to say Wayne county canvessers were pressured under false pretense to certify. They withdrew because the individuals recanted their certifications and provided affidavits
Ah so first they wouldnβt certify, then they got strong armed into doing it, then trump campaign brought lawsuit and assumingly provided some support to the threatened, then they recanted and signed affidavits, which reversed certification and meant the lawsuit was unnecessary? Do I have that right?
So are those affidavits being used in court? Sounds like Michigan is trying to move ahead with certification basically being like βtoo bad you already signedβ. Iβm no lawyer but I thought Trumpβs team could amend their lawsuit about decertification to focus on the canvassers. Anyone have more they can add so I understand it better?
Doesnβt matter, if it was coerced, then it is not legitimate. It will go to the state for certification and I imagine it wonβt be certified if the major county is in question. And even if it is, they have a good legal argument in front of the scotus that was due to a coerced certification
Ah so first they wouldnβt certify, then they got strong armed into doing it, then trump campaign brought lawsuit and assumingly provided some support to the threatened, then they recanted and signed affidavits, which reversed certification and meant the lawsuit was unnecessary? Do I have that right?
The campaign is getting prepared to file a new lawsuit in Michigan. They don't need the current suit anymore. There's so much happening, it's hard to keep up with it all.
Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) and the Author who created Scorecard in the Serbian team for DVS.
We all know that this election was stolen. Over the last couple days people have been talking a lot about DVS, recently I was researching companies to see how many IT people they employ in US vs overseas, and I found a feature which lets me search LinkedIn by region, so I thought I would apply the same to DVS and see if we can contact any developers in Serbia to get them to flip on DVS.
I found about 10 people working in Serbia for DVS, and I started to look into the developers, I started to notice that the developers were linked to the company, but more than a few did NOT have the DVS experience listed on their profile. How does that happen? It happens when you used to have the experience linked but it's since been removed. LinkedIn Caches those employee employer relationships so you stay listed under their company even though you've removed the experience.
That got me wondering WHY would someone want to remove their relationship with the company... only answer is to cover something up. So I started to research each one.
Note the handle ending in 777, that will come into play later.
In researching this developer I discover this person wrote the book on how to do algorithmic boosting of datasets over time. The Official name for it is SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique), I've attached the paper to this email and it's still currently available online here ( https://www3.nd.edu/~nchawla/papers/ECML03.pdf )
This is very high level technical, here is excerpt: "This paper presents a novel approach for learning from imbalanced data sets, based on a combination of the SMOTE algorithm and the boosting procedure. Unlike standard boosting where all misclassified examples are given equal weights, SMOTEBoost creates synthetic examples from the rare or minority class, thus indirectly changing the updating weights and compensating for skewed distributions. SMOTEBoost applied to several highly and moderately imbalanced data sets shows improvement in prediction performance on the minority class and overall improved F-values."
Layman Description: An adjustment will be made based on the top data point to keep the bottom data point on track to balance, or Tie. Now apply that idea to tabulating votes.
When someone views your profile on LinkedIn, you are usually sent an email, especially if you haven't logged on in a long time, that someone is viewing your profile, you probably have seen these. 20 minutes after viewing Aleksandars profile, the profile has been wiped clean. Not that I don't have access to it, it's permanently deleted.
Proof that it did exist at some point: https://imgur.com/a/1fFe6jc Note the handle ends in 777 just as above, and this page was indexed in DuckDuckGo's search results. Proof this profile did exist.
Now that I knew I was on to something I started archiving everything, since I still had another browser open I saved his profile picture ( https://imgur.com/a/mSAxhvs ) and then ran it through a reverse image look up to find that this picture doesn't exist on the internet.
odd.
In the paper attached and linked, in the acknowledgment section, it thanks the US Department of Energy as well as other things and a "We also thank Philip Kegelmeyer for his very useful comments". So now it was time to look into who this man is.
Search for him and his profile says: "Philip Kegelmeyer (E.E. Ph.D, Stanford) is a Senior Scientist at Sandia National Laboratories in Livermore, CA. His current interests are machine learning and graph algorithms, especially as applied to ugly, obdurate, real-world data which is, perhaps deliberately, actively resistant to analysis. ( https://imgur.com/M1Rp8KW )
That sure sounds like changing data that can't be detected. At this point I knew I found something big.
I decided to search again on LinkedIn for Aleksandar, and low and behold there was a profile of the same name, completely different picture, completely different profile but stunningly relevant background and work experience. He's extremely advanced and is considered a Google Scholar in this world.
Notice how there is no mention of Dominion Voting Systems in his work experience. If he was indeed hired for positive reasons, why would he not have this listed on his profile?
At this point I am 100% convinced that this is the man behind Scorecard. Looking through his papers and experiences and talks he's a super accomplished Big Data, distributed systems expert, his works is even cited in CISCO patents ( https://patents.google.com/patent/US9563854B2/en ) If you read this Patent, it's a tough read it's a concept of connected close range machines being taught to correct nodes slowly over time by a trainer node. Perhaps Election Machines???
Now I had to go hunting for data that will tie this man, to that profile on LinkedIn that is listed under DVS to prove the connection. I found an old paper he wrote about more high end tech concepts. This document is also attached ( KST-1-102.pdf ), and you can also see here ( https://imgur.com/a/elIQ09r )
Notice the email addressed used to contact him, the exact same handle he had listed under DVS, Now it's confirmed this is the same person.
So why does this man have 2 profiles, why did the profile associated to DVS get deleted once they were alerted to be seeing it, and why doesn't his professional profile have any note of working. If I were going to steal elections I would not want people capable of doing so associated with the company who counts votes...
By now, I hope you think I'm on to something, and that you will find a way to link this man to democrats or Soros, or flat our ask him about it, the rest I'm about to share is nothing I can confirm, just some really weird coincidence that may be true.
Doing Deep searches about this man I came across an article written on a blogspot blog from someone named "Lame Cherry", This person continually blogs about what appears to be deep state Intel and CIA level shit. - Again I have no clue who this is, and it reads like crackpot stuff...
"part of me is most interested in the Serbian Dominion Software along with Scorecard in the codex. This software was really acting like the artificial intelligence was having a software breakdown. It was like an autopilot flying a plane into a stall"
"So Guciffer was from the Balkans. Joe Biden was in the Balkans. The Kushners were in the Balkans and the information flow continued to submarine the sickly Hillary Clinton. The mission or missions were successful to bring down Hamrod. That is why when I noted a data miner mentioning Domnion software out of Canada was in Serbia, and looking for programmers, I knew this lot was returning to the scene of the crime. Dominion is in Canada, is owned by British MI6, tied to George Soros, and was flipping votes by the millions for Joe Biden..."
I take you back to Aleksandar's LinkedIn Profile description: ( https://imgur.com/a/68xutc7 ) "I have successfully created and led new and innovative ways to sift through billions of data records and discover those hidden insights that would drive change and make significant business impact."
Sounds like the exact same person described above, If this "Lame Cherry" is not a crackpot. Aleksandar Lazarevic is Guccifer 2.0 and seems to have the tech chops to be believable.
If that is true, then what was he doing with that LinkedIn Profile? The first Lame Cherry ties it all together, 4 years ago, he was in Serbia recruiting developers for DVS and Scorecard and needed a front to contact developers without giving away who he was, but had to be associated with the actual company so he could recruit real people. Once he assembled his team, he forgot to get rid of the fake recruiter account.
The two Republicans that got bullied and threatened into voting in favor of certifying later rescinded their vote and have sworn in an affidavit that they were not only bullied into it but also misled (they agreed to certify it only if a full audit was carried out)
In a nutshell (and without going into much detail), certification, like any other process has procedural requirements. It is certainly open to challenge, like any other process on procedural grounds.
Yep, signing anything under duress basically makes it as if you didn't sign it, so their sworn statements that they were under duress and being threatened to do so should cover it.
It all comes back to the state legislature anyway. It's arguably better to have a disputed certification - which half of the panel denies - than to not have any certification at all. The presence of a dispute means the state legislature should resolve the dispute...
That's because they're lying. They wouldn't need to peddle false narratives if what they were saying was true. The shills are trying to convince people they ceritified to further the scam.
The two Republicans were told privately (after they were bullied) that it would be audited and so they agreed. The Michigan SoS later reneged on this and the two Republicans came out and withdrew their votes.
This just created a new legal battleground essentially.
The board of canvassers first wouldn't certify. Then, late at night when the live feed cut out, they came to some agreement and certified. It came out later that the children of the republican board members had been doxed. As part of the certification, there was an agreement to audit the votes in the Detroit wards. After they certified, the Democrat board members said, "Weeellll, actually the secretary of state has to do the audit and they won't do it so sorry." Since the agreement wasn't upheld, they decertified.
They asked to rescind their votes, but the rest of the government is denying them that option. It is now moving forward from wayne county as certified, to the state board of canvassers for statewide certification.
With the two republicans refusing to certify the votes. Biden loses Michigan but now MI wants to say they can't refuse to certify after they agreed to do it the night before so what happens here is another legal challenge because attempting to certify these votes will be illegal. So Trumps team will handle it.
Thank you for clearing this up. It's so difficult to keep up with what's going on especially when I'm going to interviews everyday and can't really find a moment to take this in. If it wasn't for you guys, right now I'd I would be terribly confused. So thank you so much.
If they can't certify Wayne country then Biden doesn't have enough votes to win Michigan. Now there is a new court battle about to happen because on Michigan attempting to certify the results anyway after the two republicans refused to certify.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion of course. What bothers me is that a dozen Facebook ads from Motha Russia was election interference but John Oliver and Trevor Noah who were not citizens at the time were on TV spouting leftist talking points was not interference
Itβs really amazing how many europoors and leafs are obsessed with the USA.
Of course they are because they only read headlines, never the articles.
It's amazing how many lawyers, doctors and constitutional scholars are on Reddit.

"what fake network do you work for" ....cnn.... the whole room including other reporters "HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAA"
The way she said βCNNβ was also funny in that it had a tone of shame.
One day in school, Miss Emily asked her first grade students what their parents did for a living.
βMy dad is a carpenter and my mom works at Walmartβ said Little Sarah
βMy dad is a firefighter and my mom is a nurseβ said Little Billy
βMy dad and mom both own the Caribou Coffee over by Dennyβsβ said Little Jamie
βMy dad is a stripper at the local gay bar and turns tricks behind the club.β Said Little Joey
βDoes your dad really do that Joey?β Asked Miss Emily with a lot of worry in her voice
βNo, heβs a CNN reporter. This just seemed less embarrassingβ replied Joey
Unlikely, if he works at CNN he can't be a dad, at most he his the husband of this kid's mother. Real dad is her boyfriend.
That's not true and you know it
That kid's adopted because the dads couldn't decide whose sperm to use
This deserves my upvote
This is gold!
She definitely wasn't proud of it
She knew what was coming.

It is a fact that they were certified. It is not a fact that it was a valid certification, and they have filed two affidavits in court to dispute this.
No it's not. There's only been 3 court cases by them. The people parroting that 20-25 cases were lost were cases brought by OTHER people.
You need to realize if you're here to shill against Trump you are the furthest thing from an informed person that there can possibly be.
Where have they lost? Lol
No a majority of those 20 to 25 cases were filed before election day. They were thrown out because election day has happen. They are were filed by private citizens and organizations.
No. Jesus, did you even watch the fucking presser?

Why do you retards think you can just come in to our house and lie to us about things that rudy has literally just corrected you on an hour ago?
You seem to think we're as stupid as you are.
Except we aren't, and thats why DONALD TRUMP IS YOUR PRESIDENT.
You aren't lying - you are uninformed, which is ok. Everyone is uninformed to some extent, even I am, for example.
I am an actual lawyer. Cite the case and I will tell you whether (1) he lost, (2) he withdrew because he got what he wanted or (3) filed knowing he would lose because you need to go through the process to get to a higher court.
Ok this makes sense to me now.
Euathlus vs Protagoras?
(3) they always knew they would lose this. This is one that is going to the Supreme Court.
Coercion doesn't play too well in the courts.
Does not matter Shill. We won!
now take it to the next step after certification...
Watch the left try to portray this as Trump withdrawing because "he had no case".
The false reality they string together is their single biggest weakness, it makes them blind to what is going on because it is not in the Overton Window of their echo chamber.
Yea, this is exactly it. And their complete refusal to look at evidence themselves and instead let talking heads tell them what it means.!
Thatβs just it, they wonβt look at the 9 points. They just write it off as right wing wackos, link you to a CNN article βdebunkingβ it, and go about their day.
Iβm talking about friends of mine that I know personally. Itβs sad to witness.
Exactly this. I sent my 'friend' a link to the press conference. Instead of him watching it, he proceeded to cite some bs news article about it. He is the dumbest smart person I know
Anyone have a link for this?
Yup, found it. Link for those also seeking the article.
Like how they seriously bought into their own fake polls, and Trumpβs actual turnout overloaded their fraud algorithm
Of course.
They already are. One of my twitter stalkers just told me βitβs over!!! Wayne county is certified!!!
Wait, I thought Wayne co wound up not getting certified despite communists threatening peoples children and livelihoods? Or am I twisted around?
Apparently they agreed to certify after agreeing they would audit Wayne county. Officials from the state immediately said they wouldnβt audit as soon as they agreed. They have since rescinded theyβre certification but since they (supposedly) already signed it might open up a whole new lawsuit. Thatβs just what Iβm getting from scrolling the comments take it with a grain pede
I heard they said theyd sign it, but then refused at the actual singing time and then alleged coercion.
I trust you pede but let me shoot that source straight into my veins
But the question is can they legally "retract" their vote? Does that mean it's no longer certified, or will they have to sue to make it so?
Next week is the official certification
That's exactly the tone I've picked up from the Fake Media.
......with no context, to make it appear like they just gave up on Michigan entirely.
Their weapon is demoralization. Believe nothing they say.
It will just help red pill even more people when he wins Michigan.
They already are
It is absolutely ridiculous to me how leftists that studied useless shit like gender studies claim to understand how legal systems work.
It blows my mind on how idiotic these people are. They tout themselves as "educated" but have no clue how basic things work.
They are enlightened! Just ask them.
But-but muh brainwashing propaganda!

Where'd you find this?
Sydney Powell retweeted it. The same as she did to the reports on the scytl raid, which she now confirmed.
So if her past retweets are an indication, it is likely true.
Trump won California but lost Colorado? That's hard to believe.
Maybe Cali has been cheating for a long long time.
Of course it has, illegals have voted since Reagan atleast. But that has nothing to do with Dominion.
It seems likely that we haven't seen an honest vote in a long time. Maintaining the narrative that the country is split nearly 50/50 props up both establishment parties, so there is no room for change.
Depends. Maybe too many leftists left california that less GOP swing was Needed But they all went to California and PNW but not really anywhere else.
It hurts my soul that even in this map, california turns blue before delaware.
Feels bad, man
Hate to ask but is this real?
Doesn't appear to be, as I doubt Colorado would remain blue while California goes red. Unless verified, don't put stock into things that generate false hope. It could be part of a demoralization campaign.
This is totally real guys, we won!
Is Michigan really over? What roadblocks are there left to de-certifying the problem counties?
Can they be certified with the two no votes (that will be rolled back from yes votes because they were coerced)?
As far as I understood the votes were decertified and thus they withdraw one lawsuit (they still have a second one). It's over for now and we have a good chance to win the state, but it takes some more time.
Can someone please get a hold of Ja Rule to help me make sense of all this??
Michigan refuses to certify Wayne County
Pennsylvania Republicans refuse to certify without an audit
Arizona's Governeur refuses to accept the results without an audit
We are winning.
Governeur? Guys we have a Frenchie here!
German, sorry!
Donβt worry, we love our Europedes
We see our BASED Germans visiting in high numbers. I check our Alexa rank quite often...
We know we can't flip Germany from within. The only possibility is to flip each and every other country and hope the outside pressure saves us.
On point my friend!
Obvious shill is obvious. Nice post history...
GET FUCKED GLOBALIST SCUM!!
BTFO COMMIE SCUM!
Adherence to the law is now called "derailing"
Anyone see that memo?
You forgot your newspeak translator comrade
And, if you watched the briefing today, youβd know there is a second, active, case that they donβt want to compete with in Michigan.
Never in my life would I imagine that news sites would have been so corrupt in our free country.
What happens when they are all owned by like 5 mega-corporations, all globalist, all with the same agenda to push.... So in other words, Communist.... McCarthy did nothing wrong...

Can you even call that a publication? It is just communist propaganda.
I'm Ben Shapiro

What does this mean??
The lawsuit was to say Wayne county canvessers were pressured under false pretense to certify. They withdrew because the individuals recanted their certifications and provided affidavits
Oooh shit. Wow.
I must admit I felt dumb as shit reading this tweet, not knowing for certain what he meant.
Thereβs been so much going on so fast itβs hard to keep up with it all
Ah so first they wouldnβt certify, then they got strong armed into doing it, then trump campaign brought lawsuit and assumingly provided some support to the threatened, then they recanted and signed affidavits, which reversed certification and meant the lawsuit was unnecessary? Do I have that right?
So are those affidavits being used in court? Sounds like Michigan is trying to move ahead with certification basically being like βtoo bad you already signedβ. Iβm no lawyer but I thought Trumpβs team could amend their lawsuit about decertification to focus on the canvassers. Anyone have more they can add so I understand it better?
Did they sign though? I remember a tweet by trump saying they didn't but I dont have a link to that tweet
WE LOVE YOU!
WE WANT TRUMP
This is hate speech /s
The campaign is getting prepared to file a new lawsuit in Michigan. They don't need the current suit anymore. There's so much happening, it's hard to keep up with it all.
They aren't sending their best, folks
That IS their best actually
Wew lad
(!) This claim is disputed. Multiple sources say that is their best.
The reddit thread on this is delicious: "they withdrew because the claims were widely debunked".
delete Reddit my fren. youre just giving ad money to the ChiComs.
debooooooooooooooooooooooooooooonked
Some people are pointing it out, of course. But mainly, it's a festival of "orange man bad", "rudy giuliani crazy", and upvoting this ambiguously titled Independent article all the way to the top: "Trump campaign dismisses last remaining lawsuit in Michigan as voter fraud claims widely debunked"
Another user on TD is trying to share the following information discovered about Dominion software developers;
ORIGINAL LINK BY TD USER;
https://thedonald.win/p/11QRfWbnvi/this-guy-might-have-idd-dominion/
Here is the screenshot of the DVS Employees on LinkedIn: https://imgur.com/a/PsVb3an You can see on this screen shot that I am hovering over Aleksandar Lazarevic and that the link to his profile is showing in the bottom left of the screen. The url being: ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/aleksandarlazarevic777/ )
Aleksandar's "professional" profile is: https://www.linkedin.com/in/aleksandar-lazarevic Wiki Page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleksandar_Lazarevic
More of his research: https://www.researchgate.net/scientific-contributions/Aleksandar-Lazarevic-13940289 - All read like tech that would use to change data predictably.
First Article: ( https://lamecherry.blogspot.com/2020/11/biden-scorecard-crimes-to-last-vote.html )
"part of me is most interested in the Serbian Dominion Software along with Scorecard in the codex. This software was really acting like the artificial intelligence was having a software breakdown. It was like an autopilot flying a plane into a stall"
Second Article: ( https://lamecherry.blogspot.com/2020/11/biden-guccifer-20.html?m=1 )
Latest Update: All Serbian Developers have removed their LinkedIn Profiles VukaΕ‘in ΔorΔeviΔ Nemanja Jelisijevic - https://imgur.com/a/KF8S3pd Ivan ΔojbaΕ‘iΔ - https://imgur.com/a/EkrFQB6
Wow.
I get what he is saying here but in the comments, they claim that Michigan results have been certified.
Anyone that reads twitter comments and believes what they see deserves everything they have coming for them
They (the left) legitimately believe that Twitter reflects the American public opinion. It is both fascinating and yet terrifying.
It says that in the article though. The journalists wouldn't lie, would they?
never.
The two Republicans that got bullied and threatened into voting in favor of certifying later rescinded their vote and have sworn in an affidavit that they were not only bullied into it but also misled (they agreed to certify it only if a full audit was carried out)
Thanks for this. I was looking for a good explanation and it's nice to here it from a professional in the field.
As far as I'm aware, they never officially signed the dotted line.
In a nutshell (and without going into much detail), certification, like any other process has procedural requirements. It is certainly open to challenge, like any other process on procedural grounds.
This would be equivalent to someone holding a gun to your head and making you sign a check. Then arguing in court itβs legit because you signed it
Correct.
Apparently all our state gov is against them and are not going to allow the vote to be rescinded.
I don't really agree with withdrawing the lawsuit because this whole thing is fucked.
If you trust Michigan legislature then you have more trust than I do.
We have a couple good eggs; not all.
Mere Agitprop. No certification has occurred statewide.
I thought they weren't going to get certified until an audit was performed?

Libs back out of audit. So conservatives retracted their vote and filed affidavits for threghts against them made by libs.
I thought the Democrats started doxxing the children of the Republicans so they moved to certify it
Isn't rudy filing a suit to argue it's illegal given the wayne county repubs rescinded?
How stupid are these losers?
If this was a movie it would have been cancelled for being unrealistic.
Until he can get a fair audit or can get to SCOTUS, yes!
No, they don't even understand what a "vote" is in general, pretty clear by now.

Isn't the SoS trying to ram through the certification anyway, ignoring the retraction?
I can't tell what the hell is going on anymore.
be patient, you'll find out what's happening when things settle down
if you think things on twitter are both real life and accurate, you'll be an emotional wreck like leftists are

Why hang out in the ring after you KOed your opponent?
To jerk off on their unconscious body of course.
no doomer here but why the fuck is the media saying they can't take back their certification?
Why did the media say Iraq had WMD's?
Why did the media say the fraud is a false conspiracy?
Looks like Twitter hasn't posted their little "Disputed" notice....
Did we actually win Michigan? Like certifiable win. That's all I care about. Did that happen?
He won the case without having to go to trial
With the two republicans refusing to certify the votes. Biden loses Michigan but now MI wants to say they can't refuse to certify after they agreed to do it the night before so what happens here is another legal challenge because attempting to certify these votes will be illegal. So Trumps team will handle it.
Thank you for clearing this up. It's so difficult to keep up with what's going on especially when I'm going to interviews everyday and can't really find a moment to take this in. If it wasn't for you guys, right now I'd I would be terribly confused. So thank you so much.
You're welcome. I completely understand, It's not easy for anyone to keep up with this stuff.
What is going to happen in Michigan ? Can someone please explain how we have won?
If they can't certify Wayne country then Biden doesn't have enough votes to win Michigan. Now there is a new court battle about to happen because on Michigan attempting to certify the results anyway after the two republicans refused to certify.
It's called "winning" and let me tell you, you better get used to it.
