Deleted Facebook in 2017. I suggest all of you do the same if you’re still on. Keep in touch with family & friends by phone. I am not missing a thing and can still keep in touch.

I was a late adopter of Facebook and wish I’d never signed up. I was a middle schooler and wanted a stupid FarmVille account (a farming game) and you had to have Facebook to get one, 8 years later I finally pulled the plug. Lost a lot of time in my youth to the black hole of social media.
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok etc are all cancers. I swear that will be the millennials’ and Gen Z’s version of smoking. Mental health issues from social media use will be as severe and widespread as lung cancer at this trajectory.

I'd suggest everyone do the same. FB is nothing more than a mind control device. Watch Social Dilemma and see what they've done to hijack your thoughts.

Same here, even when told at one point I needed a Facebook presence as a condition of employment to "promote the business and create goodwill". Nope.
