Deleted Facebook in 2017. I suggest all of you do the same if you’re still on. Keep in touch with family & friends by phone. I am not missing a thing and can still keep in touch.

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok etc are all cancers. I swear that will be the millennials’ and Gen Z’s version of smoking. Mental health issues from social media use will be as severe and widespread as lung cancer at this trajectory.
