With this new batch of mandates coming through the gate.. I'm curious what we can do to really stick it to these sick fucks. Constitutionally speaking, how possible is it to sue the city/state for violation of rights?

once precedent is set and one case is successful doesn't this make the mandates sort of.. useless?
