In the presser, Rudy talks about this. They had 2 suits in MI.

  • The purpose of one suit was to stop the state certification
  • The purpose of the other suit was to get a full audit

They are dropping the first suit, since they accomplished that.

I see thanks

Is the second one filed by david kallman, or is he operating separately (he comes by every so often in the warroom)

Sec of State is saying they can't withdraw certification and is trying to jam the whole thing through.

That's what annoys me but they way I see it they are confident that won't be an issue

Ohh, I thought it was an audit/throwing out the ballots

Btw do you know the name of this case? As I understand it david kallman also has a lawsuit, is it the same?

I could be wrong, but with the 2-2 vote I think the lawsuit they had became redudant. They have another on in Michigan going on they are keeping.

This goes to the canvassers from the other night. Even though they gave in because of the threats and if the certification holds up (it shouldn't) it goes to the state canvassers. The state canvassers are also 2-2 Rep / Dem. So if they refuse to certify- they should-then it then goes to the MI Legislature. They can re-file a lawsuit or new lawsuits based on newly discovered material.
