I’m here in bucks county!

Mixcel 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm in Norristown (Montgomery County) where some dems presented affidavits, because they were called to cure their ballots. Any other Pede in my area? I'm down for this.

Would really suck if they were caught lying....

Mr_Man 38 points ago +38 / -0

Where do I donate? I have 10 bucks lying around.

MakeAmericaWinAgain 8 points ago +8 / -0

Fuck it, if 3 PEDES can make this happen, I’ll send y’all each the $50.

2
ImWithHearse 2 points ago +2 / -0

You need three for each county. I would gladly chip in for expenses

1
MakeAmericaWinAgain 1 point ago +1 / -0

I’ll do one county, I’m sure plenty of other Pedes would be glad to help PA Pedes set this up if needed.

jarvis 34 points ago +34 / -0

This should be stickied. We need three people in every precinct who voted. What would be the best way to coordinate? A Facebook group would probably reach the most people.

Looks like section 1701 of the PENNSYLVANIA ELECTION CODE Act of Jun.3, 1937 contains this provision - search "1701" and read from the 4th match. Copying and pasting from the doc sucks, so just go read it - I didn't include all the text, but it looks like the snippet from this article, wherever it's from, is accurate. IANAL...

ARTICLE XVII: Recounts and Contests

Section 1701

(a) Recounts

"[...] (a.1), the court of common pleas,or a judge thereof,of the county in which any election district is located in which ballots were used, shall open the ballot box of such election district used at any general, municipal, special or primary election held therein, cause the entire vote thereof to be correctly counted by persons designated by such court or judge, if three qualified electors of the election district shall file, as herein after provided, a petition duly verified by them, alleging that upon information which they consider reliable they believe that fraud or error, although not manifest on the general return of votes made therefrom, was committed in the computation of the votes cast for all offices or for any particular office or offices in such election district, or in the marking of the ballots, or otherwise in connection with such ballots. It shall not be necessary for the petitioners to specify in their petition the particular act of fraud or error which they believe to have been committed, nor to offer evidence to substantiate the allegations of their petition.

WinstonSmith1984 10 points ago +10 / -0

Per district I believe, but yes, I think this is true

6
Hairy_Mouse 6 points ago +6 / -0

So, it's actually a lot of people then, right?

Like just doing Philly and Pittsburgh would be enough. However, it's 3 people plus the cash PER precinct, right? Not for the whole city/county or whatever?

3
WinstonSmith1984 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yes. Still very doable, but there was another post that it's something like 9000 precincts, 27000 people. We know there are enough that browse or lurk here.

That applies to "a wider challenge that would seek to have the statewide results thrown out."

The $150 dollars applies to individual precincts.

A bond is an insurance policy. There is a fee based on the amount of the face of the bond. E.g. I carry a $1M professional bond that costs me $470.00 let year.

GulagDweller 6 points ago +6 / -0

I am willing to do this, I checked the PA Rolls and my vote looks like it was not counted or washed out. I sent my voter issue info to the Trump Team through their web reporting page. I don't know anyone else in my precinct (rural) that would even remotely be interested in joining this process, I think the Trump Team would possibly have information of others here in PA to help push this forward if it was a good strategy?

GulagDweller 1 point ago +1 / -0

Thanks, when I checked the PA Voter Rolls just after the election, it indicated that my ballot was counted. A week or so later, yesterday I looked again and now it says the last time I voted was during the primary. So big time fuckery going on here in PA..

1
GulagDweller 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm not overly worried about the initial $50 fee, no big deal, but I just did some further reading and even if we get the 3 people for my precinct and the recount goes through, if they find no issue/fraud, the 3 people have to pay for the recount. God knows what the charge levied for this would be? That is my quick interpretation.

Why pay money to a bloated government parasite that already feeds off your money? They CHARGE you to prove that they're not corrupt?

1
Ruined 1 point ago +1 / -0

It is a bond.

4
Formerlurker92 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm a Colorado pede, but if it doesn't matter for mail in ballots it shouldn't matter for this

4
colonial113 4 points ago +4 / -0

This was making the rounds a few days ago. Don't know what came out of it

3
hloblart 3 points ago +3 / -0

Finally this gets high enough to be noticed, saw someone post it a while back

2
Post-it-votes 2 points ago +2 / -0

So much for free and fair elections. You get to fork over money to make the government do what it's already obligated to do. It's infuriating. But if this is what we have to do to get it cleaned up, full steam ahead.

Wouldn’t this really be needed in Philadelphia and Allegheny county though? I’m in PA but in a Northeastern county

2
Staatssicherheit 2 points ago +2 / -0

Assert claims of fraud or error

I would go with the fact that 700,000 ballots were counted without legally required GOP observers.

https://thedonald.win/p/11QRfZztA1/-pedes--we-need-to-write-the-bil/

If you hate this crap them help the project to create a Election Voting Bill created by the donald...

WE CANNOT ALLOW POLITICIANS TO WRITE THE BILL THAT FIXES THIS WHEN THEY WROTE THE BILLS THAT CAUSED THIS..

I have laid the entire election process and broke down every part... Please read my post and help figure this bill out, so we can write a iron ELECTION BILL.

So no Corrupt Politicians can create holes in our election process ever again..

2
Trumpaholic831 2 points ago +2 / -0

I swear I read somewhere on TD.win that this same recourse is available in GEORGIA, too? Or am I mis-remembering . . . ?
