I was thinking the same about my old neighborhood, no way will anyone give a single fuck. At the most, the corner liquor store will close early, maybe not even that. And, given that almost half the residents in the area are homeless, how in the world is this greaseball imagining anyone's going to be able to enforce his unconstitutional drivel?
