I don’t see how any voter does not have standing to sue. They are aggrieved if their vote is cancelled out by a fraudulent one.

Exactly, infuriating.

Yeah man, to see you have to be "affiliated" with either of the two candidates in the suit is absolutely retarded. A voter should have standing no matter what.

I guess the problem with letting any voter sue is just that every single election ever would be held up by neverending lawsuits.

Exactly. The logic is that a campaign has the incentive to make sure their voters aren't disenfranchised. Being that's the case, you don't allow every random person gum up the works, you trust self interest of politicians to seek fairness for their voters as it helps them.

It wasn't a lawsuit, it was a request for a restraining order to delay the certification which is due tomorrow in Georgia.

people are just so tired of hearing our whole plan is expecting SCOTUS to mass-overturn the election. Sure it'll happen but for people who think rationally we should not be betting the farm on one group of 9 people deciding this and HOPING enough don't cuck out and hand the election to Biden on some bullshit or a technicality or something.

Just makes it all the more obnoxious that Wood has spent the last week tick tocking about his slam dunk case that's gonna flip GA

What I wonder is why they didn’t just put Wood on their team before he issued the lawsuit.

“The fact that the candidate or candidates that this plaintiff voted for… did not prevail in an election does not meet the legal standard of harm, much less irreparable harm.

So Wood was suing on behalf of himself as a voter. So who has standing? Trump?

Right on, I heard that as well, and all the other cases involving non-campaigns, same thing. Its not a stretch, legally, they dont have standing.

Yeah. It's not over until the electors cast their ballot.

I don't see where this lawsuit was dismissed.

Was t this just a matter of timing? They declined to certify. Didn't report on it. Then the judge sneakily says this? That judge just got pegged.
