You have to watch closely what they were bitching about. The head of the UPS, appointed by Trump was pulling certain sorting machines out of service.

It's based on statistics that that sample size will give you like +/-3% error which is good enough for what they're trying to do. However that only works if everyone responding is truthful and they don't oversample democrats like they usually do.

If you started with a list of say 10,000 voters I would expect you would get any sort of response from no more than 50-60. So although his sample size is small, without a massive effort I don't think it would be feasible to get a larger data set - unless you're the government.

No one can know, but the "universe" of data in Pennsylvania was 165K voters that met the criteria, so the implication of 0.4186*165K = 69K possibly been "disappeared" is kind of revolting.
