No no, half of all registered REPUBLICAN mail in votes disappeared. A very important distinction.
Ok but how would they do this? Mailman would need to take the ballot and drop it off at the county office. County office then checks address on envelope on voter roll to see party affiliation. If Republican throw in trash or marks ballot as received, then throws in trash
