Q is not one person but I definitely agree that ECW is a part of it 100%.
ECW's name was dropped by Q a few times. After he left the NSC (fired by McMasters) and went to work at DOJ as the a national security advisor to Sessions. He left and went to Oracle the later joined to the Pentagon.
IMO he has to much of a public profile to be part of "Q" . His name drop was to demonstrate the struggles between Flynn's people and the deep state.
Just my thoughts.
I think one of the Chan’s connected him to a Twatter account that posted Q related stuff.
