I’m trying to figure out the best option for my bug out / go bag. I have several guns and purchasing more. Question is what’s best to keep in / with my go bag (SHTF and I only have access to this bag, what’s in it)? Something small and easy to conceal / discreetly dispose? Something rugged like a .357 mag trail gun? .22 rifle so I can carry a ton of light ammo? Something that can chamber different rounds for versatility? Something else to consider I haven’t thought of yet? I can’t decide, so turning to the people on here who have already thought this out.

So, I've always been told it was important what ammo was more common because in a real SHTF scenario you will likely be scavenging ammo. I know a couple decades ago that was 556, but it may have changed with so many people having 223 ARs.
Ehh not really. If your taking ammo off a corpse then the weapon that fires it is also on said corpse.
Potentially, but you are limited in the amount of weapons you can carry and you wouldn't want to drop one you were familiar with and had experience shooting to pick up some dead guys.
Agree but just like in Vietnam if your weapon is no longer viable then you take one that is.
