Smartmatic used to own Sequoia Voting Systems. This subsidiary was purchased by Dominion in 2010. This is even stated in the original screenshot, if you care to read it. Dominion incorporated Sequoia/Smartmatic technology into their own voting machines. This is confirmed on Dominion's own website.

This is the connection between Smartmatic and Dominion. And therefore the link between Dominion and Venezuelan developed voting software.

Dominion did not acquire Sequoia directly from Smartmatic which is why I asked the question. I did care to read the screenshot.
