I have a few female friends who are 35+ and REALLY are sad they don't have kids. Society has made them think career + pretending to be better than others is better than motherhood. They have a hole in their heart, and its unlikely they'll be able to ever fill it. There's mass regret with career women.
To be honest, I had my first kid at 26..wish I did a bit earlier and maybe I could've had one more.
Probably because they're miserable and will turn into old hags with no meaning. I don't really talk to any of them anymore, mostly because when I had kids they suddenly got all weird about it.
Their ovaries dry up into dust thanks to fucked up Chinese chemicals in food and deodorants and other health and beauty items. Then they get into college where they learn that men are garbage.
Communist and feminist indoctrination at all levels of schooling and in the media. Millennial women are absolutely the worst creatures to interact with. Every second of every day is a "shit test". The best men have the good women, as it should be, and all the rest are miserable and not worth the time, monetary and emotional investment, and divorce risk.
And really, it's men's fault for letting it get this way. We knew better and still let it happen.

That being said, nothing is more wonderful and fulfilling than kids. Best thing you can do for your soul. I’m glad I did that whole wild oats thing and waited till I was a bit older than my dad to have kids, though. I took his advice and it was the best for me.
Only you know if you have to get some ‘sinning’ out of your skin before settling down. You don’t want to be looking at that door AFTER the kids have arrived. Ain’t nothing on the other side of it that’s worth anything, but you might have to prove that to yourself.
For obvious biological reasons, women can’t wait as long as men. The health of the kids will suffer.
