Anyone with survival training, or just brief training, can help people out with a lot of stuff in that situation and help stabilize people until medics arrive if needed. The sworn affidavits were related to the regular election fraud issues, not the Smartmatic system. The only affidavit mentioned related to Smartmatic was from a Venezuelan military officer who said he saw eerie similarities to what he witnessed in Venezuela. That is not direct evidence of anything that may have occurred in 2020.
