Can someone explain to me what is the next step?

I am in full belief that Powell and Guiliani are withholding information and hard factual evidence intentionally until they get into the hearing at the Supreme Court. I get it, wouldn’t want the enemy to hear it.. so they can’t plan as well for it.

Where I am confused.. is it for sure going to the Supreme Court? Or is their set hearings for each state at the state level?
