Trump campaigned more heavily than any candidate in US history. Massive rallies, massive enthusiasm. Biden is not a dumb guy - he KNOWS you can’t win a campaign from your basement with no enthusiasm. Say what you will, but the man has held public office for 47 years, he knows the ropes of campaigning. The Dems know this too - and the reason they didn’t attack Biden for not campaigning (under the guise of covid) is that he didn’t need to - they would ENSURE a win for him. Pay no attention to the gaffes, dismal “rallies”, and zero enthusiasm - the left would guarantee Trump would not win by three different cheating failsafes. No, they did not rely on enthusiastic Dems who happened to be in the last few swing states to rally up and send Biden votes - they already had ways planned in a few scenarios. No, energized dems in Atlanta and Philadelphia did not save Biden. They knew Trump would win legitimately.

Plan A: Stop the count, only keep Dem ally poll watchers, and send printed Biden ballots to be counted. Use media allies to hold off on “calling” races until the Biden takes lead

Plan B (riskiest): Physically change votes from Trump to Biden / add votes to Dominion system

Plan C (last stand): Pressure/attack Supreme Court justices from invalidating votes
Essentially, the way Biden and Trump campaigned they KNEW Biden would lose. Trump knew this too and knew they would rig the election. God gave Trump 3 Supreme Court justices for a reason
Current thinking is switch A and B. Dominion was running in every state that uses it, but the Trump vote was so overwhelming that the Dominion cheat wasn't great enough to overcome Trump's lead. That led to stopping the count in the swing states, almost all at the same time.
"Backfill" was the term, I believe.
