Yes and they usually say "did not immediately respond" which actually means they sent an email "asking for a response" and then uploaded the article at the same time. It's a known thing that whenever you see the news say "so-and-so did not respond", they didn't even give them a chance.

Tucker did not call her a liar he simply asked that she come on the show and detail the specifics on the swapping vote accusations. She refused. Its critical to explain to the entire country if the vote swap happened (it sure looks like it did!). All the other disputes they can save for court - this one needs to be explained in detail to any audience offered - at minimum to ensure it doesnt happen again.
