BTW, I'm pretty sure, after listening to Sidney on multiple videos over the last year, that she has spasmodic dysphonia or vocal tremor.
There's no cure and the most popular treatment is a botox injection to the vocal chords (eek), which leaves you speechless for several days. Happens mostly in women as a by-product of aging.
Elizabeth Warren has a similar tremor in her normal speaking voice. I don't know if it's something that has occurred of late or if it is something she has always had. It's very distracting and makes her sound unsure of herself.
