I don’t wear a mask when I’m outside, despite the legal mandate. Because that’s ridiculous. But up to now I’ve worn one when I go into shops or shopping centres, mainly because I’m an old lady who doesn’t want to start a fight. But today I went to the dentist and as I said to the girl who asked me to put on a mask - wearing a mask to the DENTIST is just stupid, doesn’t make any sense. So I just ignored her and sat down in the waiting room on my own without a mask, and didn’t wear a mask afterwards while paying either.

Because wearing a mask to the DENTIST is just stupid and everybody knows it.

Congratulations! What you're remembering is the taste of freedom.

I’m in Australia, and people here don’t value their freedom the way Americans do. We’ve never had to fight for it so people are happy to give it away. Even before the WuFlu I was always ranting about liberty and government tyranny, so 2020 has been pretty hard!! The vast majority of people here are just fine with government trampling our rights, it’s like living in a world of zombies ā˜¹ļø Most of the time I feel like that meme of the crazy conspiracy guy in front of the board with all the red string on it.

But oh my god - when the madman pulls it off and starts his second term I’m gonna walk down the street with no mask and wearing my goddamn MAGA hat. Because the commies and globalists can kiss my ass!

It's astonishing the amount of Americans willing to do the same. It can get pretty isolating when even your longtime friends buy into it.

VA pede here. I haven't worn one in 3-weeks - no one says shit...fuck Coonman Northam.

MS pede here - my city and county both have a mandatory mask mandate, despite the state not having one. I just ignore it. Most people do a slight double take, but I just give them a warm smile.

The smile is key. It says "I'm not crazy, I just like my liberty."

I haven't worn one yet - I went for an mri yesterday - and on the door - said masks must be worn - I walked in - no one said anything. I've gone to Walmart, Publix, Costco, chiropractors office and still haven't worn one 😷 If anyone says anything - I just would tell them I have asthma.
Masks are MUZZLES !!!! Why can't people see that?

I’m in Australia, and people here are sheep - basically 100% compliant. Seeing someone outside without a mask is very rare, almost never happens. I’ve literally never seen someone in a store not wearing a mask since the mandate came in back in August. For our ā€œsix week lockdownā€ that lasted 15 weeks.

This is a bad nightmare and I'm waiting to wake up from this bad dream. How much longer do we have to wait till this whole nightmare and scam are exposed?? Please stay healthy šŸ’—

It feels good each time you breath free. Welcome back to America!

Sadly, I’m in Australia. People here are zombies šŸ˜ž I’d move to America in a heartbeat, but immigrating legally to America is practically impossible unless you have family or a corporate sponsor 😭

Hey don’t feel bad, we need patriots world wide and even that small step you’ve made is a great step in ending this madness for all of us. You reminded everyone at that office what freedom was.

My mistake. I used to think Australia was one of the good places. Then they took your guns.

I haven’t been wearing mine for a while. I went to Target today, and had another customer tell me to put a mask on for the first time. It was a white guy about 65. He said in a disgusted voice ā€œPut your Maaask on.ā€ I kept going past him saying ā€œThe masks don’t fo anything.ā€ ā€œYes they Do. Asshole. You’re an Idiot.ā€ I just looked back and said- ā€œYou’re the one listening to the mainstream media.ā€ I was thinking- when did his generation lose their backbone? I may be an asshole, but I’m not a sheep. He’s about the age my Dad would have been. Dad would have been so embarrassed for people like the guy at Target today.

The thing most people don’t understand is that the point is not whether masks work or not. The point is: who gets to decide whether the risk is so high and the cost so low that I have to wear one, me or the government?

I keep considering paying attention to mask mandates for the first time, but then I just decide to stay a free American citizen and ignore as always.

Most people are so used to masks they don't even notice anymore.

I never wear one and mostly no one says anything. If they do, I just politely decline.

Ha! Thank you šŸ™‚ I think maybe it’s easier when you’re older, you definitely have fewer fucks to give. I stand up lots, I have a reputation at work for being a ā€œconservativeā€ (crazy thing to say but it’s true), I’m constantly reminding people about things like small government is better than big government, or that China is asshoe.... I feel like a broken record sometimes and I know most people laugh at me and think I’m a nut, but I think sometimes some people hear my point of view and think ā€œthat makes sense, why haven’t I heard that before?ā€ Makes it worthwhile.
