... which I take to mean he can prove the part about Smartmatic, from Frankfurt, telling them how many more votes they needed. By extension, they'd have to prove the whole Dominion/Smartmatic/Germany story.

Just because they didn't prove it to the media today, doesn't mean they can't. Sounds promising to me.

It was just now, on Hannity.

EDIT: Oh, misunderstood. No, he didn't say. In fact he went on to say something like, "just give us a chance to prove it." So it needs to get to court, obviously - and I have no idea when that'll be.
